Our Young People
We can have up to 6 young people living with us some will be with us for a long time while others are there for a short break.
Only the young people actually live in the house. However, there are adults in the house at all times.
Each young person has their own bedroom, which we encourage them to choose how it is decorated.
The Adults
Crannoch is staffed by a team of workers who are dedicated to providing the best quality care for children and young people. Our philosophy is that we will work to develop meaningful relationships with young people so that they are living in a caring environment with adults they can trust to provide them with the opportunity to flourish and grow.
Before adults can work in the house they have to prove they can do the job of keeping young people safe, helping young people to grow and develop and show that they can use their imagination to find ways to keep life interesting and full of adventures!
